Managing Partner
Ed Conn brings extensive business and financial expertise to Parcel Safe Systems, with a strong background in start-ups and commercial lending. With over 13 years of experience in regional, co-bank, and metro markets, Ed has successfully led strategic formulation and marketing projects across various sectors, including banking, parts/remanufacturing, and charitable organizations. Notably, he conceptualized and developed Montereau in Warren Woods, a $110 million nationally recognized Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) for the W.K. Warren Foundation. Ed’s diverse experience and leadership have made him a key player in numerous industries, driving innovation and growth in each.
Kevin Zerman
Partner & CTO
Kevin Zerman, Partner & CTO of Parcel Safe Systems, holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master’s Degree in Project Management. With 25 years of experience, Kevin has led transformational projects across diverse industries, including navy nuclear power distribution, LED manufacturing, global wastewater treatment, retail, consumer packaged goods, and IT systems for financial services. His background also includes marketing roles at Kohl’s Corp. and Miller Brewing Co., as well as business development for an ecommerce startup. Kevin’s technical expertise and versatile experience drive innovation and excellence at Parcel Safe Systems.
Kip Jordan

Kip Jordan, a Partner at Parcel Safe Systems, is a part owner of MK Construction, a local residential and small commercial construction company. With extensive experience in construction-related sales, Kip brings valuable industry knowledge and connections to the team. He plays a key role in leveraging and expanding his established relationships within the builder and developer market segment, driving growth and opportunities for Parcel Safe Systems.
