Ken, a distinguished Purdue University Engineering graduate, brings over 35 years of expertise in aircraft engineering and project leadership. Holding an FAA A&P Maintenance License, he has built a career grounded in technical proficiency and hands-on maintenance expertise. Ken has led multi-million-dollar engineering initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. As a senior manager for a U.S. air carrier, he successfully directed a team of 85 engineers, driving innovation through meticulous design review and implementation. His expertise in technical data management and regulatory compliance has been instrumental in maintaining safety and operational excellence. Now a trusted consultant, Ken continues to guide emerging projects, leveraging his extensive experience to enhance efficiency and advance engineering practices.

With a strong background in start-ups and corporate lending, Ed brings extensive business and financial experience to Parcel Safe Systems. With over 13 years of experience in regional, co-bank and metro markets, he has successfully led strategic formulation and operation level projects across a number of business sectors, including banking, parts/manufacturing, development and charitable organizations. Notably he was instrumental in conceptualizing and developing Montereau in Warren Woods, a $110 million nationally recognized Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) for The William K. Warren Foundation. Ed’s diverse experience has made him a knowledgeable player in several industries, helping drive innovation and growth at the company level.
